Basketball Recap: Lake Washington Takes Down Ranked Issaquah

On Tuesday, Lake Washington faced Issaquah in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Lake Washington Kangaroos strolled past the Issaquah Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 58-39. The victory was nothing new for the Kangaroos as they're now sitting on three straight.

Lake Washington pushed their record up to 18-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points over those games. As for Issaquah, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 15-9 record this season.
