Basketball Recap: Heartland Christian Comes Up Short

Heartland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 49-23 to the Calvary Christian EAGLES. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-44 back in November of 2024.

Heartland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Calvary Christian, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-5 record.

Heartland Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Varsity Opponent at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Calvary Christian, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Calvary Christian EAGLES duke it out with the Community Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Community Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.9 points per game this season.
