Basketball Recap: King George Comes Up Short

King George was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the Eastern View Cyclones 82-46. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Foxes of the 75-34 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

King George's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Eastern View, the victory was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-1.

King George will be playing in front of their home fans against Caroline at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eastern View, they will head out on the road to face off against Spotsylvania at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
