Lynnwood hadn't done well against Shorecrest recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Royals came out on top in a nail-biter against the Scots, sneaking past 3-2. This was a revenge game for Lynnwood: when they faced off against Shorecrest back in April, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.

Lynnwood's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10-1. As for Shorecrest, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-2.
