Jewell had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through an 86-0 loss at the hands of the Perrydale Pirates.

The victory got Perrydale back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jewell will challenge Alsea at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Bluejays' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Perrydale, they will face off against Pilot Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
