It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pavilion can now relate to. They took a hard 69-51 fall against the Finney Falcons on Friday. The Golden Gophers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Pavilion lost, don't look at Landen Stoddard. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double with 28 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Gilkes, who shot 50% from the field en route to 11 points.

Pavilion's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Finney, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Pavilion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Finney, they have already played their next match, a 60-50 defeat against Honeoye on the 3rd.
