             The Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets's road trip will continue as they head out to face the North Branch Broncos on Tuesday. Both come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Detroit Country Day is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Thursday. They put the hurt on Richmond with a sharp  3-0 victory.
 Detroit Country Day walked away with the   win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16,  25-19.
 Detroit Country Day can attribute much of their success to  Grace Lu, who  had eight  digs and three  aces.
 Meanwhile, North Branch waltzed into their matchup  on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of  3-1.
 North Branch was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16, 21-25,  25-22.
 Detroit Country Day's record is now 33-1. As for North Branch, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 46-10-3 record  this season.
 Detroit Country Day was able to grind out a solid  victory over North Branch in their previous matchup  back in October of 2021, winning  2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Detroit Country Day since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
