Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Appleton West). They walked away with a 73-63 win over the Green Bay West Wildcats on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Terrors as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Appleton West's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Green Bay West, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Appleton West will be home for the holidays to greet Kimberly at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Green Bay West, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Menominee at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
