Soccer Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to the Severance Silver Knights. That's two games in a row now that Northridge have lost by exactly ten goals.

Northridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for Severance, they pushed their record up to 7-3-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Northridge will challenge Fort Morgan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Northridge will be up against Fort Morgan's rather soft defense (which has allowed five goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Severance, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Thompson Valley on the 23rd.
