Football Recap: Echo Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lyle/Wishram/Klickitat/Glenwood, Echo was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Cove Leopards 38-36. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Leopards: they've now won three in a row.

The victory got Echo back to even at 4-4. As for Cove, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Echo will challenge rival Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. Meanwhile, Cove is set to square off against their familiar foe Dufur at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
