Brandon is a perfect 10-0 against Clio since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Blackhawks will challenge the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Clio took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Brandon, who comes in off a win.

Brandon proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 25) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Lake Fenton 29-28. The game was the first time the Blackhawks have beaten the Blue Devils on their field since September 10, 2021.

Luke Hanson had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 179 yards and a pair of scores.

Meanwhile, Clio played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Goodrich 65-14. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Martians: they've now lost seven in a row.

Brandon now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Clio, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Everything came up roses for Brandon against Clio in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the team secured a 56-12 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Mustangs' D'Marion Erlenbeck, who rushed for 100 yards and two TDs.
