Volleyball Recap: Beaumont Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Beaumont was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Woodcrest Christian last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars fell just short of the Redlands Terriers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Terriers: they've now lost seven in a row.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Beaumont sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 21-25, 25-21, 13-25, 15-12.

Gianna Corona was the offensive standout of the game as she had ten digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last eight contests.

Beaumont's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Redlands, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.
