Baseball Recap: Portland Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Portland's offense. They came up short against the Hale Ray Noises on Wednesday, falling 10-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Highlanders have suffered against the Noises since May 7, 2021.

Portland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Hale Ray, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-14.

Portland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hale Ray, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 23-3 win against Academy of Science and Innovation on the 27th.
