Football Recap: North Moore Comes Up Short

North Moore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a hard 32-13 fall against the Southwestern Randolph Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 34-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Brady Atkinson threw for 31 yards on three of six attempts.

North Moore's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Southwestern Randolph, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3.

As of now, neither North Moore nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
