In the ongoing battle for first place, Valley beat Fayetteville this week, 7-6 on Friday.
Valley is now in first place at 3-0 in Coalfield A and 38-13 overall.
The Greyhounds (38-13, 3-0) have won four games in a row, the league's longest active win streak. The streak was extended by another five games over the past week, including a 7-6 victory over Fayetteville and a 16-4 win over Montcalm.
