Softball Recap: Macon County Takes a Loss

Macon County's tournament run continued when they took on Warren County on Saturday. The Macon County Tigers fell just short of the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers by a score of 5-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Macon County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Warren County, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Looking ahead, Macon County will venture away from home to challenge Trousdale County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warren County, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-1 win against Upperman on the 8th.
