Softball Recap: North Stokes Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for North Stokes's offense. They came up short against the North Surry Greyhounds on Thursday, falling 9-0. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

North Stokes' defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1. As for North Surry, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

North Stokes will look to defend their home field on Friday against Forsyth Home Educators at 6:00 p.m. North Surry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
