Softball Recap: Homestead Spartans vs. East Noble Knights

Homestead can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the East Noble Knights a 14-0 shutout. This was payback for Homestead, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Olivia Schultheis was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Isabelle Waldron, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

On East Noble's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shaye Ritchie, who went 1-for-2 with a double.
