Evander Childs had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35.2 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They snuck past the Bronx High School of Science Wolverines with a 48-43 win. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Wolverines back in December of 2024, they had to take a 48-42 loss.

Evander Childs has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.9 points per game. As for Bronx High School of Science, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-4.
