Volleyball Game Preview: Fisher Bunnies vs. Tri-Valley Vikings

Fisher hasn't had much luck against Tri-Valley recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bunnies will square off against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, Fisher earned a 2-0 victory over DeLand-Weldon.

Fisher easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Tri-Valley had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Chiefs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Vikings have posted against the Chiefs since October 18, 2018.

Fisher's victory bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Tri-Valley, their win bumped their record up to 22-8.

Fisher came up short against Tri-Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Bunnies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
