Volleyball Recap: Kellis Cougars vs. Centennial Coyotes
Kellis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Centennial Coyotes, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-8, 25-15.
Kate Federico had a dynamite game for Centennial, getting nine digs and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Federico a new career-high.
Kellis' record now sits at 6-14. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 28-9 record this season.
