Meanwhile, Norwich Free Academy got the win against Academy of Aerospace and Engineering on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Jets: they've now won three in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Norwich Free Academy was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-11, 25-13.

Cheney Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Norwich Free Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
