Soccer Recap: North Phoenix Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short

North Phoenix Preparatory Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 13-0 to the Phoenix Country Day Eagles. The Gladiators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

North Phoenix Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Phoenix Country Day, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Phoenix Preparatory Academy will host Maryvale Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Phoenix Country Day, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against St. John Paul II Catholic at 3:00 p.m. Both have allowed few goals on average, (St. John Paul II Catholic: 0.3, Phoenix Country Day: 0.5) so any goals scored will be well earned.
