Baseball Recap: West Sabine Tigers vs. Douglass Indians

After flying high against Alto last Friday, West Sabine came back down to earth. The West Sabine Tigers lost 9-3 to the Douglass Indians on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 5-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Kade Myrann made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Peyton Bourque also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
