Basketball Recap: Thorndale Has No Trouble Against Holland

Thorndale's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They put the hurt on the Holland Hornets with a sharp 37-14 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Thorndale pushed their record up to 13-12 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.0 points per game. As for Holland, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Thorndale will head out to square off against Bartlett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holland, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Granger at 6:00 p.m. Granger will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Holland surely won't give up without a fight.
