Softball Recap: Senatobia Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Senatobia's offense. They came up short against the Kosciusko Whippets on Friday, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Whippets: they've now lost five in a row.

Senatobia's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Kosciusko, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

While Senatobia had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
