Volleyball Recap: Halls Comes Up Short

Halls extended their losing streak to five on Tuesday, dropping them down to 5-14. They lost 3-0 to the Anderson County Mavericks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mavericks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

As for Anderson County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-13. They not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0).

Anderson County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Emerie Bullock out in front who had 11 digs and one assist. Another player making a difference was Dakota Berlin, who had three digs and three aces.

Halls has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Powell on the 25th. As for Anderson County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Knoxville Central on the 25th.
