Heritage had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.2 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Thursday. They breezed past the Rock Ridge Phoenix to the tune of 68-23. The Pride have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Heritage got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Alyssa Stanford out in front who went 5-for-9 to rack up 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rachel Stewart, who posted seven points.

Heritage pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.0 points over those games. As for Rock Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-13.

Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rock Ridge, they and Tuscarora will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. Rock Ridge is facing Tuscarora at the right time seeing as Tuscarora is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
