Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harvester Christian Academy). They had just enough and edged the Dominion Christian Knights out 61-58. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hawks have posted since February 13th.

Dominion Christian lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Emory Maiyer, who went 10 for 21 on her way to 24 points. That was a full 41.4% of Dominion Christian's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Jackson, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for Harvester Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Dominion Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harvester Christian Academy will take on Johnson Ferry Christian Academy in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on December 17th at. As for Dominion Christian, they will square off against Academe of the Oaks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
