Basketball Game Preview: Archbishop Carroll Lions vs. Conwell-Egan Catholic Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the Archbishop Carroll Lions will jump right back in to play the Conwell-Egan Catholic Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Archbishop Carroll will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Archbishop Carroll took on Somerset Academy - Canyons on Friday. Archbishop Carroll was beaten by Somerset Academy - Canyons 53-20.

Meanwhile, Conwell-Egan Catholic came up short against William Penn Charter last Thursday, falling 60-37. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Archbishop Carroll will have to contain Lily Milewski as she made an impact in Conwell-Egan Catholic's last game. She dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 boards. The dominant performance gave Milewski a new career-high in boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Jackson, who posted five points and five assists.

Conwell-Egan Catholic now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Archbishop Carroll, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
