On Thursday, the Tocoi Creek Toros were fully in charge, breezing past the Oakleaf Knights 57-23. The Toros have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

Tocoi Creek was led to victory by Gabi Iturralde and Audrey Beyer. Iturralde went 8 of 15 on her way to 19 points, while Beyer posted ten points and four blocks. Iturralde has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Asiana McCreary was another key player, putting up six points and seven boards.

Tocoi Creek's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Oakleaf, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Tocoi Creek and Nease will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Tocoi Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.6 points per game this season. Oakleaf does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
