Basketball Game Preview: Fresno Christian Eagles vs. Strathmore Spartans

The Fresno Christian Eagles just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Strathmore Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Fresno Christian will be strutting in after a win while Strathmore will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Fresno Christian blew past Central, posting an 89-11 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Strathmore suffered their biggest loss since January 27th on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Exeter and fell 78-50. The defeat continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Monarchs: they've now lost four in a row.

Strathmore now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Fresno Christian, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Fresno Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Strathmore in their previous matchup back in December of 2017, winning 55-46. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
