It was fun while it lasted, but Archbishop Hoban's undefeated season came to an end after ten games on Thursday. They fell 51-43 to the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish. The contest marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Archbishop Hoban's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of James Mccarthy, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 16 points, and Sam Greer, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. Greer is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last six games he's played. Another player making a difference was Kenny Scott, who posted eight points.
