Basketball Game Preview: Bedford Bulldogs vs. Stanton Vikings

The Bedford Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Stanton Vikings at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Bedford will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Friday, everything came up roses for Bedford against Griswold as the team secured an 82-21 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Stanton, as they earned their first road win of the season. They took down Fremont-Mills 69-50 on Friday.

Stanton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bedford, their victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0.

Everything came up roses for Bedford against Stanton when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 74-41 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bedford since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
