Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Shore). They strolled past the South Lake Cavaliers with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 73-57. This was payback for the Shorians, who suffered a 62-56 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Lake Shore and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for South Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Lake Shore will head out on the road to square off against L'Anse Creuse at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Lake, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Mt.
