Basketball Recap: Northwest Christian Takes a Loss

Northwest Christian lost against ALA - Ironwood back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Northwest Christian Crusaders took a 46-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the ALA - Ironwood Warriors. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Noah Adkins continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for ALA - Ironwood, dropping a double-double on 18 points and 12 boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which Adkins has scored at least a third of ALA - Ironwood's points. Another player making a difference was Steven Hunter Ll, who went 5 for 12 en route to 10 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.

Northwest Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for ALA - Ironwood, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

Northwest Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-38 loss against Gilbert Christian on the 10th. ALA - Ironwood has also already played their next game, a 60-50 defeat against Palo Verde on the 10th.
