Volleyball Recap: Bunn Wildcats vs. Nash Central Bulldogs
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southern Nash, Bunn was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Nash Central Bulldogs. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.
Bunn never let Nash Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 25-18.
Bunn was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Nash Central only served six.
Bunn has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. As for Nash Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.
Bunn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Franklinton on the 7th. Nash Central has also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Louisburg on the 7th.
