Soccer Recap: Oak Grove Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Oak Grove can now relate to. They came up short against the Ocean Springs Greyhounds on Tuesday, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi soccer rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Greyhounds are ranked fourth).

Oak Grove's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Ocean Springs, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-5-1.

As of now, neither Oak Grove nor Ocean Springs have any future games scheduled.
