Soccer Recap: Schenck Gets the Win

Schenck and Narraguagus pushed the score to 6-3 the last time they played Narraguagus, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Wolverines came out on top in a nail-biter against the Knights, sneaking past 1-0. This was a revenge game for Schenck: when they faced off against Narraguagus back in September, they had to take a 6-3 defeat.

Schenck moved to 3-9 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Narraguagus, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-3-1.

Schenck has already played their next matchup (against Jonesport-Beals), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Narraguagus, they will challenge Penobscot Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
