Vertus lost to School of the Arts back in February of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Warriors came out on top against the Silverhawks by a score of 56-49. The team ran away with 47 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.

The win made it two in a row for Vertus and bumps their season record up to 5-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points over those games. As for School of the Arts, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Vertus will square off against Brighton at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for School of the Arts, they will face off against Olmsted at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday.
