The biggest upset of the week belonged to Roselle Park, who took down 208th ranked Bound Brook, 23-13.
The Panthers moved up to 261 from 298 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Mid-State 38 - Hills. Roselle Park was able to make the jump by beating the Crusaders 23-13.
Bound Brook's dynamic duo of Jalen Wheeler and Isaiah Williams proved tough for the Panthers to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Wheeler threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns and Williams had 97 yards receiving. Jack Welti helped Bound Brook's passing attack out by catching six balls for 69 yards.
Devon Troutman was the most productive running back in the league this week. In eight carries, he ran for 88 yards as South Hunterdon lost to Roselle Park. Toby Coleman also contributed to the rushing game with 55 yards on the ground.
Bound Brook's Wheeler and Williams have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Wheeler has thrown for 917 yards this season, while Williams, a 5-foot-9 receiver, has 17 catches for 426 yards. Troutman from the Eagles leads the league in rushing with 333 yards.
A big matchup in Mid-State 38 - Hills this week will be when South Hunterdon takes on the Crusaders. At the moment, the Eagles are in first, while Bound Brook is in third.
