Basketball Recap: Jefferson Gets the Win

Broadwater came into Saturday's match looking for another win against Jefferson, but Hunter Stevens wouldn't allow it. The Jefferson Panthers walked away with a 60-48 victory over the Broadwater Bulldogs on Saturday with plenty of help from Stevens, who went 7-for-11 en route to 19 points in addition to five boards and three steals. What's more, he also posted a 64% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Broadwater, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 57-48 victory against Lone Peak on the 1st. Broadwater does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
