Jaziel Nunez was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Tyler Potter was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Brighton Charter's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-6. As for Jefferson Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
Brighton Charter will square off against Thunderbird Adventist Academy at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Jefferson Prep, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Sonoran Science Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st.
