Who's up and who's down
In this week's power rankings, we saw one team go soaring up and another team come crashing down, along with everything in between. That and more in this week's report.
No Stoppin 'Em
Milnor/North Sargent gave both Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm and its quarterback (sacked seven times) a rough time last week. Milnor/North Sargent claimed a 40 - 26 victory over Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm. In addition to the W, the game brought Milnor/North Sargent's streak of high scores to three games. At 66 total points, this was the highest scoring power ranking game of the week.
Next Week's Big Game
If you are itching to watch a first-rate contest, no game is supposed to fit the bill better than the one between Central Cass (7th in the power rankings) and Shanley (6th). Both teams are rolling into the game after last-week wins. Only one team will win this week, so we'll see which team fails to repeat its success.
