Waynesboro had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the 11-goal drubbing they dealt Buffalo Gap on Thursday. The Little Giants' defense stepped up to hand the Bison an 11-0 shutout. Considering Waynesboro have won five games by more than six goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
