Frederic has gone 7-1 against Solon Springs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. Frederic has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 4th.

The Eagles skirted past the Tigers 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Solon Springs took Mercer into a fifth set where they got it done with a 12-point win. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 25-23, 14-25, 15-3.

Frederic's defeat dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Solon Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.
