Basketball Recap: Walnut Grove Takes a Loss

Walnut Grove was the 55-40 winner over Cedar Shoals when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The game between the Walnut Grove Warriors and the Cedar Shoals Jaguars didn't end well, with the Walnut Grove Warriors falling 49-34. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Walnut Grove's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Cedar Shoals, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-17.

Walnut Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cedar Shoals, they will square off against East Forsyth at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in East Forsyth's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.
