Basketball Recap: Goffstown Takes a Loss

Goffstown lost against Bedford last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Goffstown Grizzlies might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 90-60 to the Bedford Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Goffstown's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Bedford, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Goffstown will take on Manchester Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Goffstown knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Manchester Central likes a good challenge. As for Bedford, they will face off against Nashua South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
