Volleyball Recap: Immaculate Victorious

Immaculate posted their closest win since October 17, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the New Fairfield Rebels 3-2. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rebels, too.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Immaculate got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-16, 23-25, 15-13.

Immaculate's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for New Fairfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
