Softball Recap: Westbury Comes Up Short

The Westbury Huskies lost 18-3 to the Waltrip Rams on Saturday. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westbury's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Waltrip, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, Westbury will venture away from home to take on Milby at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Milby knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Westbury likes a good challenge. As for Waltrip, they will host Sharpstown at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
